RETURN POLICY: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and will gladly accept return requests of unworn, undamaged or defective product within 3 days of delivery of merchandise. All Discounted/ Promotional items are Final Sale.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), applicable refund of credit- excluding shipping, handling and insurance cost- will be issued, if the items are in the original condition and packaging. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange after the 7th day. Please note that credit card purchases are subject to a 3% restocking fee. In the event you decide to exchange the piece for another piece, there will be no restocking fees.
To return: please contact us at email@example.com to receive a return authorization number (RA#) and a US address will be provided for you to return your purchase to.
Customers are responsible for return shipping, handling and insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed. You must use a traceable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance because we are unable to guarantee the receipt of your returned item without proof of shipment with a tracking number.
Fine jewelry is delicate hence we encourage customers to take extra care when wearing especially pieces with softer gemstones such as emerald, tanzanite, opal and organic pearls. Avoid wearing jewelry into the swimming pool or sea and while showering. In the event that the piece requires repair, we are here to support any after sales service needed.
We offer repairs and replacements at a subsidized fee.
